The 2014–2015 USPAP document (provided free with your subscription to the on-demand course) is 394 pages long and quite intimidating at first glance. However, as Carla will tell you during the course, as a business valuation member of the ASA, “there are only 36 pages [of standards] that you really need to know.” The remainder of the document deals with the other disciplines, with advisory opinions, and with frequently asked questions....
