The Business Valuation Committee of the ASA and Business Valuation Review are beginning a series of Technical Papers, Special Topics–Technical Papers. These Technical Papers represent recommended best practices on special topic valuation issues. They have been reviewed and approved by the Business Valuation Committee of the ASA. I hope you find interesting and helpful the first paper of the series: “Use of Offers as Indications of Value in the Market Approach.”
Just recently, I received word that Valuation Strategies ceased publication with their September/October 2016 issue. This publication provided many good and interesting articles over the years, and I published in it, too. It is my understanding that it was a business decision.
