Hello, ASA members, and thank you for electing me as your chair of the Business Valuation Committee (BVC) for the next two years. As a volunteer, I've been active in the BVC for about a decade now. In my day job, I'm a director at Houlihan Lokey, closing in on thirty years in the business valuation profession.
On June 1 the following individuals were elected to officer positions:
Kenneth J. Pia, Jr., ASA, is our new vice chair. Ken is partner-in-charge of business valuation services at Marcum. Ken has been an invaluable contributor to the BVC, including as an instructor and member of the Education Committee.
Erin Hollis, ASA, is our new treasurer. Erin is a director at Marshall & Stevens. Erin has served in many leadership roles for ASA, including president of the Chicago Chapter and chair of the BVC's Marketing Committee.
