The last time I wrote this piece it was in the middle of summer and we were gearing up for the August ASA Conference. Now it is winter and we are headed into another holiday season and just about to enter into yet another New Year. I have been the Chair of the BVC for nearly six months already and have seen a lot of progress as ASA moves forward. None of that is possible without the time and effort devoted to the BVC and ASA by its members to committees and subcommittees.
