It amazes me how quickly time seems to pass these days. Occasionally, I try to pause to simply appreciate the moment, especially given the pace of our work and our lives in this virtual world that we have evolved to be living in. Zoom meetings and Teams huddles have replaced many of the face-to-face interactions that most of us used to experience in the workplace and with our clients and referral sources.
It is with that backdrop that I am happy to report that the Business Valuation Committee (BVC) had a very productive in-person meeting on October 1, 2023, in advance of the 2023 International Valuation Conference (IVC) in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 2 and 3, 2023.
