In compliance with the Copyright Revision Act of 1976 effective January 1, 1978, Ethnicity & Disease, Inc. requires that each author sign a copyright transfer form before publication of an accepted manuscript. Such signature shall evidence the mutual understanding between Ethnicity & Disease, Inc. and the undersigned author(s) hereby transferring or conveying all copyright ownership, including any and all rights incidental thereto, exclusively to Ethnicity & Disease, Inc.
