The Board of Trustees of The Herpetologists' League (HL) met on 22 July 2020 and the Business Meeting of HL occurred on 29 July 2020; due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the cancellation of the Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists (JMIH) both meetings were held remotely. Minutes of the meetings are posted on the society's web site: www.herpetologistsleague.org. The League started the 2019–2020 fiscal year with $515,040.70 and ended at $503,048.11.
