We are thrilled to take over as the new co-editors of Inclusion, the fully online, peer-reviewed journal of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). It is a huge honor to be chosen for this important role, and we plan to honor that trust with our efforts to maintain and continually improve the quality of the journal.

We want to thank our colleagues, Drs. Michael Wehmeyer and Karrie Shogren, who served for the past 10 years as the first co-editors of Inclusion. They leave a legacy that will be difficult to replicate, as they took the vision for a fully online, peer-reviewed journal addressing research and policy that promotes the full inclusion of children, youth, and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their communities.
