Abstract
In recent years, the risk of China's transported accidents involving ship-borne HNS has become increasingly identified. A series of spill accidents in China has again highlighted the urgent need to boost the research and development of HNS accident emergency technology equipment and emergency response capability. Based on the risk characteristics of China's nearshore HNS accidents, this paper analyzes the status quo of HNS emergency response technology and achievements in HNS emergency capability building. It puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide a reference for the research and development of HNS emergency response equipment and the establishment of emergency response capabilities.
