User Licensing Agreement 2/12/19

All articles published by the Association for Vascular Access (AVA) and produced by Allen Press Publishing, Inc., are protected by copyright and owned by AVA. Users may access, download, copy, translate, text and data mine (but may not redistribute or adapt) the articles for non-commercial purposes provided that they:

• Properly cite the article using an appropriate bibliographic citation
• Maintain the integrity of the article and do not make changes to the text, photographs, graphics, figures and tables
• Retain copyright notices and links to these terms and conditions so it is clear to other users what can and cannot be done with the article
• Ensure that any re-use complies with the copyright policies of a third party provider, for content in the article identified as belonging to a third party
• Any translation for which a prior agreement with AVA and Allen Press Publishing, Inc. has not been established must prominently display this statement: “This is an unofficial translation of an article that appeared in a publication copyrighted by the Association for Vascular Access (AVA). AVA has not endorsed this translation.”
