The traditional analysis method of industrial and economic benefits of marine new energy development is low in accuracy, so a low-carbon economic analysis method of marine new energy development is designed. The basic balance between input and output of new marine energy development industry is analyzed, and the line balance relationship and column balance relationship of industrial economic benefits are calculated to reflect the consumption coefficient and use relationship among industries. In this work, the static analysis method is adopted to analyze the net present value and the rate of return of profitability, and to evaluate the industrial and economic benefits.
