Finance as the core of economy, the efficiency of financial resources allocation directly affects the development of regional economy. Improving the efficiency of regional financial resources allocation is helpful to promote the transformation of China's economic development mode. Therefore, an evaluation model of financial resource allocation efficiency in coastal areas based on supply chain is proposed. Combined with the theory of online supply chain, this paper constructs the evaluation model of financial resource allocation efficiency in coastal areas. Firstly, the evaluation target is determined, then the decision-making unit is selected, then the evaluation index system is constructed, and finally the DEA model of financial resource allocation efficiency is selected. In order to test the effectiveness of the evaluation model, empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that the scale efficiency of the western and northern parts of a coastal province is relatively low due to the limitation of natural conditions.
