The port plays an important role in the economic development, but the disordered competition is also very serious. The influencing factors of coastal port competitiveness are complex and interrelated. Analyzing the influencing degree of each factor is helpful to identify the system structure. Taking the main coastal ports in China as samples, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the competitiveness of ports by using the structural equation model (SEM) through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The basic data is obtained through data analysis. It can be seen from the experimental results that the statistical effect of this method is good, which promotes the rapid development of the port.
