Marine industrial agglomeration is related to regional economic development. For marine industrial agglomeration, regional economy will play an effective role in promoting regional economic development. In order to quantitatively analyze the rationality of marine industrial agglomeration and the influencing factors to promote regional economic development, a modeling method of marine industrial agglomeration rationality on promoting regional economic development based on regional economic integration scheduling and quantitative regression analysis is proposed. To construct the statistical characteristic analysis object model of marine industrial agglomeration rationality to promote regional economic development, to construct the related knowledge set between marine industrial agglomeration and regional economic development by using quantitative regression analysis method, to analyze the factors promoting regional economic development combined with multivariate linear fusion method, and to carry on big data analysis combined with fuzzy constraint control method. To realize the quantitative piecewise regression analysis and test of the influence of marine industry agglomeration on regional economic development.
