This paper puts forward the analysis method of port logistics and international trade based on VAR model. Based on the collection of information resources related to port logistics and foreign trade, the empirical analysis of the relationship between port logistics and international trade is carried out according to the collection results, combined with the grey correlation theory and VAR model. This work analyze the correlation between international trade and port logistics by using grey correlation degree, builds the corresponding VAR model, and analyzes the relationship between the two. It was found that there is and stable equilibrium relationship among trade, port cargo throughput and container throughput. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on the development of port logistics and international trade from the aspects of strengthening regional cooperation of port logistics, strengthening government work, strengthening industry cooperation and strengthening personnel training of enterprises.
