The effect of industrial structure on port enterprise development is investigated by using the finite element method. Firstly, the influence finite element analysis model is constructed, under which the industrial structure is set as a variable, and the corresponding industrial structure characteristics are obtained. The dynamic model of port enterprise development is established and the development period of the enterprise is analyzed. Select the enterprise development index and determine the influencing factors of the port enterprise's own development. By observing the change of the development of enterprises under different industrial structures, the influence of industrial structure on port enterprise development is qualitatively studied. Through research, it is found that port enterprises develop better when port areas focus on secondary industry.
