The marine environment is a kind of public resource and involves the interests of the marine sector and the public. Therefore, we must build the information-sharing mechanism of marine environment management, which will deliver marine environment information timely and accurately. The information-sharing mechanism of marine environmental management involves the interests of multiple social groups, including government departments and marine-related industries. The sharing of marine environmental management information is facing the huge test of the change in the behavior logic of the sharing subject. At present, the information-sharing mechanism of marine environmental management has made some achievements, such as platform construction and database and information system improvement.
