Through SPSS software, this paper analyzes the relationship between marine loans and the marine economy based on DEA and AHP. Results show that marine loans and other marine investments have a significant linear pulling effect on the marine economy. Therefore, the development of the marine economy can be effectively promoted by increasing marine loans.
