With the rapid development of society, SHRM evaluation has become an important support for the sustainable development of marine enterprises, including peer-to-peer agreement, employee recruitment, performance evaluation, salary design, etc. Through SHRM, marine enterprises can maintain their own sustainable development, which will also establish a scientific and efficient gambling mechanism. Through SHRM assessment, we can avoid the single management environment of traditional human resources, which will better stabilize the competitive environment of marine enterprises, including resource-based large enterprises and small and micro enterprises such as coastal tourism. By focusing on employees, we can establish a contract management mechanism for small and micro goals, which will help enterprises to conduct good human resource management evaluation. Through scientific and effective evaluation, enterprises can better carry out gambling orders, which will better complete the turning point value of contract signing. Through the human management evaluation, we can better use the gambling contract, which will guide marine enterprises to establish a better strategic human management framework. This paper first analyzes the composition of the agreement and the integration with the marine enterprises. Then, this paper analyzes the indicators of strategic enterprise human resource evaluation. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
