Aiming at the evaluation problem of technological innovation evaluation in equipment manufacturing companies, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy method and improved aggressive cross-efficiency model (EIA). First of all, this paper builds an evaluation index system for technological innovation of equipment manufacturing companies based on the existing research results of technological innovation evaluation and the Delphi method and obtains relevant indexes data by field investigation. Secondly, the basic DEA method is used to analyze the two aspects of the basic efficiency and effectiveness. Next, this paper prove the superiority of the EIA mode by comparing the basic DEA model and the EIA model.
