(eds.), Selected Topics in Coastal Research: Engineering, Industry, Economy, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 94, pp. 863–866. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.

This research focuses on food cold chain logistics (FCCL) and takes the great Beijing city region (GBCR) and its located Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region (BTHM), which is one of the most important emerging coastal metropolitan areas in China, as a case study to propose and verify a conceptual model for the taxonomy of logistics sprawl patterns and the specific features. Standard deviational ellipse analysis and kernel analysis are undertaken as the main research approaches with survey data. The taxonomy for logistics sprawl patterns as well as the related features are identified.
