Inter-organizational collaboration network is an important carrier of organizational learning. This paper explores the impact of inter-organizational collaboration network on innovation performance of east coastal enterprises in China from the perspective of organizational learning, and constructs a corresponding theoretical model. The results show that exploitative learning and exploratory learning play an important mediating role in enterprise innovation performance in terms of network centrality and tie strength. Inter-organizational collaborative network has a significant positive impact on organizational learning and enterprise innovation performance. East coastal enterprises should attach importance to the inter-organizational collaborative network, strengthen exploitative learning and exploratory learning, and further enhance the innovation performance of enterprises.
