In this paper, a Coastal and Port real estate forecasting model based on the fast-adaptive algorithm for large data sets (hereinafter referred to as FAAFLDS for short) is established. This model extends the large data set domain partitioning technology in large data sets to the fast-adaptive algorithm for the large data sets, and a new effective, fast-adaptive algorithm is proposed. Based on geometric optics and conformance economy (UTD), the forecast accuracy is calculated. The obtained results are compared with the measured values and the results from the FAAFLDS.
