Marine economic development has gradually made the development of marine tourist resources the focus and hot spot of economic development. In the process of development, from the perspective of the characteristics of marine resources, various regions continue to explore new development models. Through the study of the importance and application of visual design in the development of marine tourist resources, the authors want to achieve a reasonable and comprehensive optimization of resources development and improve the development of marine tourist resources and marine tourism economy.
