To improve the performance of a cloud-computing load-balancing mechanism and to reduce the constraints of a single-discriminant parameter in the unit process, a method of a cloud-computing load-balancing mechanism relying on ocean environment information is proposed. First, fast load detection is performed through ocean environment information analysis. Second, parameter load coverage is introduced, and effective load screening is realized by using ocean environment information. The method has a higher load detection rate and a lower load error detection rate.
