Although the marine intelligent supply chain is developing in full swing, it is faced with many endogenous and exogenous risks. [Knowing of accurate identification of these risk factors and their impacts, we can promote the smooth development of the marine intelligent supply chain, which has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.] This paper uses the relevant data of the marine intelligent supply-chain enterprises to analyze the risk factors of the marine intelligent supply chain using stochastic distribution. At present, the key risks affecting marine intelligent supply chain include marine intelligent supply-chain risk, cross-border electronic payment risk, electronic customs clearance risk, logistics risk, and credit risk; laws and regulations can indirectly affect marine intelligent supply chain by influencing network transactions and customs clearance.
