Agriculture is the basic industry of China. Agriculture and the rural economy occupy important positions in the development of a national economy, which not only controls the lifeline of national economic development but also affects the development of the whole national economy. As a typical developing country, agriculture, the countryside and farmers are still the focus of people's attention. In this era of rapid development of information technology, China's traditional offshore regional agriculture is also moving toward modernization using modern science, technology, and industry to improve agricultural production. Although agricultural modernization has been paid increasing attention in recent years, and policies of supporting and benefiting agriculture have been gradually implemented, there are still many shortcomings in the development of agricultural modernization that hinder the development of the rural economy in offshore areas.
