D'Amico, which appears in the Journal of Food Protection 80(8):1266-1272, 2017, doi:10.4315/0362-028X.JFP-17-035, the correct concentration of ACSL (antimicrobial 1) in combination with SC (antimicrobial 2 at 1,250 ppm) in the first row of Table 3 on page 1269 should be 1,500 ppm. The correct concentration of ACSL (antimicrobial 1) in combination with BRA (antimicrobial 2 at 1,500 ppm) in row 7 of the same table should be 936 ppm.
