Parreira, Alma Fernanda Sanchez–Maldonado, and Jeffrey M. Farber, published in Journal of Food Protection, 83(11):1852–1862, 10.4315/JFP-20-129, the corn flakes and pistachio figures (Fig. 1B and 1C) were reversed and the corn flakes figure contained the same aw lines as the chocolate liquor aw.
