Mr. Udell formerly a shellfish sanitation consultant of the U. S. Public Health Service, has for the past two years been in charge of the Shellfisheries Management Unit for the State of New York Conservation Department, Bureau of Marine Fisheries. This Unit is concerned with sanitary control of the shellfish industry, propagation and conservation of the shellfisheries. Mr. Udell holds graduate degrees in Sanitation and Marine Biology and in Civil Engineering.
