Harold B. Robinson is Chief of the Milk Sanitation Section, Milk and Food Branch, Division of Sanitary Engineering Services, of the Public Health Service, U. S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Washington, D.C. Prior to this assignment, he served as Regional Milk and Food Consultant in the Department's regional offices in New York, Denver, and Chicago. Mr. Robinson is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and he received the M.S. degree from the same institution, and the M.P.H. degree from Columbia University. Prior to joining the Public Health Service, he was employed by the Maryland State Health Department and the District of Columbia Health Department.
