Dr. W. R. Giedt received the M.D. degree from the University of Chicago and a M.P.H. degree from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Giedt has served as Epidemiologist for the Washington State Department of Health for the past 13 years and for the last six years as Director of Laboratories. He is a Clinical Lecturer on Public Health and Preventive Medicine, University of Washington and is a member of the Milk Laboratory Procedures Committee of the Washington Milk Sanitarians Association.
