Dr. W. C. Lawton received the B.S.A. degree from the University of Saskatchewan and the M.S. degree from the same institution. He received the Ph.D. degree in dairy bacteriology from Iowa State College in 1954. Dr. Lawton is a member of the Minnesota Association and is a member of the Applied Laboratory Procedures Committee and the Committee on Research Needs and Applications of the International Association. His present position is Director, Minneapolis and St. Paul Quality Control Laboratory.
