Lilia Moncivais Cura Boyer, beloved wife of Thomas Boyer, cherished mother of Ariel and Tara Boyer, passed away 5 March 2024 from complications of primary biliary cholangitis. Lilia was the oldest child of the late Lilia Blanca Cura. Lilia grew up in Windsor and then Fort Collins, CO, where she participated in marching band, track, and basketball in addition to taking care of and harassing her four younger siblings. Lilia is survived by her sister, Aurora Medina, and her brothers Andy and John Cura and Nieves Mendoza. Lilia got her strong work ethic from her mother who, as a single mom raising five children, generally worked two, sometimes three, jobs.
