This report describes a digital workflow for full-arch implant rehabilitation in which digital prosthesis design is based on intraoral scans of dental arches of a relative of the patient, as desired by the own patient. Instead of using libraries, digital prosthesis design is developed from intraoral scans of two patients: the main patient to be rehabilitated and someone with similar dental arch characteristics. For this purpose, digital facial analyses should be carried out in order to confirm whether the two patients have similar esthetic characteristics.
