The 95th Annual Business Meeting was called to order by President Julián Hillyer at 1030 hr CDT on Thursday, 30 July 2020 via an online virtual meeting format. President Hillyer made his opening remarks, commenting on proceedings from the Council meeting held on 16 July 2020. He recognized the new Officers and Nominating Committee members for 2020–2021 and thanked the outgoing Officers and Nominating Committee members for their service to the Society (see the Council meeting minutes for lists of these individuals).
Lee Couch presented the Secretary/Treasurer's report, including membership and subscription numbers, cash flow data, and performance of investment accounts.
