President Vasyl Tkach called the meeting to order at 11:02 AM CDT (1100 hr) and noted that a quorum was present. He thanked everyone in attendance for their hard work during a difficult year with the global pandemic caused by Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and made the comment that he hoped this would be the last time the American Society of Parasitologists (ASP) would have to hold their meetings virtually.
