The Journal of Wildlife Diseases is a member of Crosscheck and may screen manuscripts for potential plagiarism. Further information on Crosscheck. Manuscripts should be submitted with the understanding that the information and ideas are original (with the exception of reviews), have not been published previously, and are not being considered for publication elsewhere. Please note that we consider publication of a manuscript on a preprint server such as BioRxiv to be prior publication and will not consider such manuscripts for publication in JWD. Authors also affirm that, to the best of their knowledge, they have complied with all applicable treaties, laws, and regulations in the collection, maintenance, and disposal of animals used in their study. Authors of manuscripts that are not in the public domain must transfer full copyright interests to the WDA. Forms for this transfer are provided when proofs are sent to authors.
