The density correction in the stopping power of fast charged particles in a number of biological materials (muscle, bone, ox lens, cat liver, standard man, rat fat, etc.) is given. The correction is based on an empirical procedure developed by Sternheimer and Peierls for nonbiological materials. Density correction parameters valid for any charged particles are given and some numerical examples are given for electrons in the energy range of 0.1 MeV-10 GeV.
