The most effective chemical blowing agents for producing cellular rubber products are ADCA, activated forms of ADCA, OBSH and DNPT. Blends of ADCA types and OBSH are also used quite extensively. These blowing agents may be used to make automotive weatherstripping, various types of athletic padding, insulation and flotation materials as well as numerous other expanded products.
