Aims & Scope

The Texas Heart Institute Journal, part of The Texas Heart Institute’s medical education program, publishes articles on preventing, diagnosing, and treating all aspects of cardiovascular disease with a focus on clinical considerations. Authors are invited to submit their Original Research, Case Reports, and Images in Cardiovascular Medicine. Narrative Reviews on the latest advancements in cardiovascular medicine, as well as perspectives on collaboration among different teams to effect better results, are encouraged.

Target Readership

The Texas Heart Institute Journal targets physicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals involved in preventing, diagnosing, and treating cardiovascular disease. Articles are also written with the intent to share knowledge with interested experts in fields related to cardiovascular medicine, physicians-in-training, medical students, and others.

Feedback

The Journal encourages readers to submit Letters to the Editor for discussion after publication. (Article Processing Charges will be waived.)
