As in Fig. 3, the numbers on the first line of each sequence indicate the index of the free end, or if it is a telomere (Tel) “o” is a telomere, “x” is a free end, “C” indicates a centromere and “>” represents the direction of the DNA (3–5′). The numbers in the second line indicate the chromosome number.
