Chromo = is the chromosome number (0 to 45); RWInd1 and RWInd2 = the random walk monomer indices; Length = the length in monomer; Tel1 and Tel2 = presence or absence of a telomere; xVox1, yVox1, zVox1, xVox2, yVox2 and zVox2 = the spatial locations of the free ends; FrEnd1 and FrEnd2 = the free end number from the file FreeEnds.dat (–1 for telomeres); Time1 and Time2 = the creation times of the free ends (s; 0 for telomeres).
