Fragments Sequence Schema.dat. This displays the fragment sequence as well as the type of aberrations calculated. This is essentially the file Fragments Sequence.dat in schematic form. The consecutive numbers on the first lines correspond to repairs. On the right side of the fragment sequence are the number of improper rejoinings, the fragment group in which they belong, the fragment length in monomer units and the type of aberration.
