CIBERSORT algorithm applied to microarray gene expression data across the four injection groups. Relative abundance of the blood cell subtypes was determined and analyzed using ANOVA. Only the numbers of B lymphocytes were found to change significantly (P < 0.02) by radiation and showed dramatic and consistent depletion from day 2 to day 14. There was no significant difference between the time points or injection groups.
