XPS high-resolution spectra recorded at the surface of Al-Si9-Cu3 sample coated with MMT coating before and after immersion for 1 month in the Adriatic Sea. Related survey spectra are presented in Figure S8, and the composition is in Table 1. The samples were sonicated before the analysis.
